CommunityImpact Orientation introduces members, volunteers, organizations, churches, ministries, businesses, and community leaders to the CommunityImpact mission, participation model, project structure, service pathways, and impact-tracking framework.

Orientation Status
Status: Active and Developing
CommunityImpact Orientation is available as an introductory learning pathway. Content, reporting procedures, project opportunities, participation tools, and platform capabilities may continue to develop during pilot implementation, operational testing, and future expansion.
Purpose of the Orientation
CommunityImpact brings together people, programs, projects, service activities, marketplace participation, leadership development, community forums, and impact reporting within one coordinated community-development framework.
This orientation helps participants understand how CommunityImpact is structured, how members and organizations may contribute, how community activities may be documented, and how information may be used to evaluate progress and strengthen future programs.
The objective is to prepare participants to engage responsibly, understand expectations, identify appropriate opportunities, and contribute to meaningful and measurable community outcomes.

How Participation Works
1. Learn
Review the mission, structure, expectations, programs, participation pathways, and current development status.
2. Connect
Join the CommunityImpact member group, attend forums, meet participants, and identify areas of interest.
3. Participate
Take part in approved projects, service activities, outreach, training, marketplace opportunities, or community initiatives.
4. Document
Submit feedback, activity information, observations, impact reports, or other required documentation when applicable.
5. Improve
Use results, feedback, research, and lessons learned to strengthen future programs and community outcomes.
Who Should Participate?
This orientation is appropriate for individuals and organizations seeking to support measurable community improvement through education, service, leadership, collaboration, outreach, marketplace participation, and responsible community development.
Participants may include community members, volunteers, ambassadors, trainers, churches, ministries, businesses, vendors, nonprofit organizations, project leaders, sponsors, researchers, and community partners.
Participation Expectations
Participants are expected to engage respectfully, provide accurate information, follow applicable community and project standards, protect confidential information when required, and complete any additional orientation, consent, training, screening, or approval process associated with a specific role or program.
Completion of this orientation does not automatically appoint a participant to a leadership role, grant access to restricted systems, guarantee project placement, establish employment, or guarantee compensation, rewards, income, token value, or any financial result.
