Our Founders
Lady Antoinette Penny Eatmon and Minister Jamie Eatmon Sr. are the co-founders of On The Rise Network & Outreach, commonly known as OTRNO.
The organization was founded in August 2014 with a mission to educate, motivate, and inspire individuals to rise above life’s situations and circumstances while strengthening families, organizations, churches, businesses, and communities.
From its beginning, OTRNO has been committed to helping people grow personally, spiritually, socially, professionally, and economically through positive thinking, purposeful action, service, leadership, education, cooperation, and community engagement.

On The Rise Network & Outreach is the parent organization behind a growing ecosystem of community, education, outreach, technology, leadership, economic participation, and service initiatives.
OTRNO provides the mission, strategic direction, leadership framework, and organizational foundation supporting OTR Community and related programs.
The organization’s role is not limited to operating a website. Its broader purpose is to connect people and institutions, develop programs, encourage leadership, coordinate outreach, strengthen community relationships, and create practical pathways toward shared progress.

OTRNO established OTR Community as a Community of Communities platform where individuals, families, churches, ministries, businesses, nonprofit organizations, educators, volunteers, and community leaders can connect, collaborate, learn, serve, and prosper together.
OTR Community is the central online participation platform for people seeking personal growth, positive change, meaningful relationships, practical education, community engagement, leadership development, service opportunities, and responsible economic participation.
OTRNO is the parent organization. OTR Community is the primary online Community of Communities platform through which members connect and participate.
