Group Status

Status: Active and Developing

The CommunityImpact Group is an active participation pathway. Discussions, projects, training, reporting tools, assignments, and leadership opportunities may continue to expand as CommunityImpact advances through pilot implementation and operational development.

Purpose of the CommunityImpact Group

The CommunityImpact Group helps members move from interest to responsible involvement. It provides a place where participants can discuss community needs, share ideas, identify resources, support initiatives, attend forums, connect with leaders, and contribute to practical solutions.

This is not intended to function only as a general discussion area. The group is designed to become an active coordination point for engagement, outreach, volunteerism, leadership development, vendor participation, training, research, project planning, and CommunityImpact pilot activities.

Community Discussion

Share ideas, concerns, experiences, resources, opportunities, and possible solutions that can strengthen individuals, families, organizations, and communities.

Project Participation

Learn about CommunityImpact activities, forums, outreach efforts, training, Marketplace development, research, and volunteer opportunities.

Leadership Development

Identify, encourage, and prepare members who are willing to serve as volunteers, ambassadors, partners, organizers, trainers, and community leaders.

Measurable Impact

Support the long-term goal of documenting participation, recognizing contributions, evaluating service, reviewing economic activity, and measuring community progress.

Who Should Join?

Residents, church and ministry members, business owners, nonprofit leaders, educators, volunteers, ambassadors, vendors, trainers, sponsors, researchers, community advocates, and organizations committed to building stronger communities are encouraged to explore participation.

CommunityImpact Program

The broader program establishes the vision, structure, systems, projects, participation framework, reporting model, recognition methods, and long-term impact objectives.

CommunityImpact Group

The group is the people-centered participation space where members connect, communicate, share information, discuss opportunities, and begin supporting approved activities.

In simple terms: CommunityImpact is the program. The CommunityImpact Group is a participation and coordination hub.

How to Participate

1. Join OTR Community

Create and activate your community account.

2. Submit Your Interest

Complete the applicable intake or participation form.

3. Review Information

Learn about the mission, current status, requirements, and available opportunities.

4. Connect

Join discussions, introduce yourself, and identify your areas of interest or service.

5. Participate

Attend forums, complete training, support projects, volunteer, or contribute through an approved role.

Group Participation Expectations

Participants are expected to communicate respectfully, provide accurate information, protect confidential information, follow community and group standards, avoid disruptive behavior, and participate in a manner consistent with the CommunityImpact mission.

Members may not make unauthorized promises, collect funds, enter agreements, provide financial advice, represent themselves as OTRNO employees, or commit OTR Community to projects, payments, partnerships, or obligations without written authorization.

Joining the group or submitting an interest form does not guarantee approval, project placement, leadership appointment, employment, compensation, rewards, funding, sponsorship, business opportunities, token appreciation, or any other specific outcome.

Group Access Notice

Some discussions, files, events, assignments, or participation features may require an active OTR Community account, completed intake form, group approval, orientation, training, or additional program eligibility.
