The Training Center prepares members, families, churches, businesses, vendors, ambassadors, and leaders to participate responsibly in OTR Community programs, WeAre, R2PIP, and CommunityImpact.
Purpose of the Training Center
The OTR Community Training Center exists to provide practical education, guided onboarding, digital readiness, community leadership development, and responsible participation training. The objective is clear: help people understand the tools, the mission, the risks, and the responsibilities before they participate.

Training is recommended for new members, community leaders, churches and ministries, small businesses, vendors, trainers, ambassadors, and anyone seeking to better understand how to participate within the OTR Community ecosystem.

Community Member
Basic orientation, account setup, community participation, and responsible engagement.
Trainer
Structured preparation for approved trainers who assist individuals and businesses with onboarding.
Business / Vendor
Practical guidance for vendors and small businesses participating in marketplace and community programs.
Church / Ministry
Program orientation for churches, ministries, outreach teams, and community service partners.
Approved Training Contribution Structure
Training contributions support onboarding, education, platform participation, and operational sustainability.
- Individuals: Minimum contribution of $15 — $10 intended for the participant’s wallet and $5 participation amount.
- Businesses: Minimum contribution of $100 — $25 participation amount and the remaining balance intended for business onboarding or wallet setup.
