Ways to Support the Mission
General Donation
Provide flexible support that may be applied to the area of greatest organizational or community need.
Program Support
Request that a contribution be considered for an approved program, project, training initiative, or outreach activity.
In-Kind Contribution
Offer approved goods, supplies, equipment, food, printing, transportation, facilities, technology, or professional services.
Program Sponsorship
Support a defined initiative through a documented sponsorship arrangement that may include approved recognition or benefits.
Designated and Restricted Contributions
Donors may identify a preferred program or purpose. OTRNO will make a reasonable effort to honor accepted designations consistent with program availability, organizational policy, applicable requirements, and the mission of the organization.
Unless a restriction has been expressly accepted in writing, contributions may be redirected to a related program or the area of greatest need when the original purpose becomes impractical, fully funded, unavailable, discontinued, or inconsistent with organizational requirements.
Contribution Review
OTRNO reserves the right to review, decline, return, restrict, or place conditions on a proposed contribution when acceptance could create legal, financial, operational, reputational, security, governance, ethical, or mission-related concerns.
In-kind items and services should not be delivered or performed until they have been reviewed and accepted by an authorized representative.
Receipts and Tax Treatment
A contribution acknowledgment or receipt may be provided when appropriate and when sufficient donor information is available.
No statement on this page should be interpreted as a guarantee that a contribution is tax-deductible. Tax treatment depends on the receiving entity, the type of contribution, applicable law, and the donor’s individual circumstances.
Donors should consult a qualified tax professional before relying upon a contribution for a tax deduction or other financial treatment.
Refunds and Transaction Errors
Donations are generally treated as final once processed and accepted. Refund requests may be reviewed when there is a duplicate transaction, unauthorized payment, processing error, or another documented circumstance warranting review.
Approval of a refund is not guaranteed and may depend on payment-processor rules, available funds, transaction status, documentation, and applicable requirements.
Payment and Digital-Asset Safety
Use only official donation or payment instructions published or confirmed by an authorized OTRNO representative.
Never send funds or digital assets to an address received through an unverified message, social-media account, private solicitation, or unauthorized individual.
Digital-asset transactions may be irreversible and may involve network, custody, value, security, liquidity, tax, and regulatory risks. Always verify the network, wallet address, asset, amount, and transaction details before approving a transfer.
Donor Privacy
Donor information may be used to process contributions, maintain records, provide acknowledgments, communicate regarding the contribution, satisfy legal obligations, protect against fraud, and administer organizational programs. Do not submit passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
