Volunteer Expectations
- Communicate respectfully and professionally.
- Follow program, event, safety, and supervision instructions.
- Protect confidential and personal information.
- Provide accurate information about skills and availability.
- Complete required orientation or training.
- Do not collect funds or represent OTRNO without written authorization.
- Notify the appropriate coordinator if you cannot fulfill an accepted assignment.
Screening and Approval
Certain volunteer roles may require identification, orientation, references, background screening, parental consent, role-specific training, confidentiality agreements, or additional approval.
Do not begin representing OTR Community, contacting participants, collecting donations, using organizational branding, or performing assignments until the role has been formally approved.
Privacy Notice
Do not submit passwords, wallet recovery phrases, private keys, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through this inquiry form. Information submitted may be used to review your volunteer interest and communicate regarding possible service opportunities.
