Outreach Ministry
Faith in Action • Service With Purpose • Communities on the Rise
The On The Rise Outreach Ministry serves individuals, families, churches, organizations, and communities through faith, compassion, practical assistance, education, encouragement, volunteer service, and strategic community partnerships.

Ministry Status
Status: Active and Developing
Outreach activities are organized according to identified community needs, available volunteers, approved partnerships, ministry resources, program capacity, and confirmed funding or in-kind support.
Our Purpose
The Outreach Ministry exists to demonstrate faith through service by responding to practical needs, strengthening relationships, encouraging families, supporting churches and organizations, and helping communities move toward greater stability, opportunity, and prosperity.
We believe outreach should do more than provide temporary assistance. Effective outreach should preserve dignity, encourage responsibility, connect people with resources, strengthen local relationships, and create pathways toward long-term improvement.
Our work is guided by compassion, integrity, accountability, cooperation, responsible stewardship, and a commitment to serving people without exploitation or discrimination.

To educate, motivate, inspire, encourage, support, and serve individuals and communities through faith-centered outreach, practical assistance, leadership, cooperation, and partnerships that help people rise above difficult situations and circumstances.

Ways to Support the Ministry
Volunteer
Contribute time, skills, transportation, administration, event assistance, outreach, or project support.
Become a Partner
Collaborate through programs, facilities, professional services, referrals, volunteers, or community resources.
Sponsor an Initiative
Provide financial, in-kind, promotional, equipment, venue, or logistical support for approved activities.
Donate Resources

Responsible Stewardship
Outreach assistance, donations, sponsorships, volunteer assignments, and partnership opportunities depend on verified needs, available resources, program approval, operational capacity, and responsible oversight.
Submission of a request does not guarantee assistance. Submission of a volunteer, partnership, sponsorship, or donation inquiry does not create an approved role, contractual relationship, agency, employment, or authority to act on behalf of OTRNO.
Funds and donated resources should be provided only through approved organizational processes. No person should independently collect money or represent a campaign as authorized without written approval.
Safety and Confidentiality
Participants are expected to follow safety instructions, protect personal information, respect the dignity of those being served, maintain appropriate boundaries, and avoid publishing private stories, images, or identifying information without permission.
Certain service roles may require orientation, supervision, background screening, parental consent, identification, training, or additional approval.
