Training Center Status
Status: Active and Developing
Training materials, orientations, workshops, and learning pathways are available at different stages of development. Some programs are active, while others may operate as limited pilots, scheduled workshops, or developing educational resources.
Why Training Matters
Knowledge creates opportunity. Training helps people develop practical skills, build confidence, strengthen leadership, understand emerging technologies, make informed decisions, and participate more effectively within their families, organizations, businesses, churches, and communities.
The Training Center supports the mission of OTR Community by providing structured educational pathways that empower participants to learn, engage, serve, collaborate, accept responsibility, and contribute to positive community outcomes.
Training also helps establish common standards, reduce confusion, encourage responsible participation, and prepare members for specific programs, volunteer roles, community projects, and leadership opportunities.
