On The Rise Network & Outreach (OTRNO) was founded in August 2014 by Lady Antoinette Penny Eatmon and Minister Jamie Eatmon Sr.
The organization was established to educate, motivate, and inspire individuals to rise above life's situations and circumstances while strengthening families, organizations, and communities through service, leadership, and collaboration.
