Community Ambassador Program
Helping Communities Rise Through Leadership, Service, and Engagement
Community Ambassadors serve as connectors, representatives, and advocates who help people learn about OTR Community, CommunityImpact, WeAre OTR, WeAre Su-Su, training, forums, service opportunities, and other community initiatives.

Program Status
Status: Active and Developing
The Community Ambassador Program is an active leadership and service pathway. Training, assignments, participation opportunities, approval requirements, and responsibilities may continue to develop as OTR Community programs expand.
Purpose of the Ambassador Program
The Ambassador Program is designed for individuals who believe in community empowerment and are willing to help others become informed, connected, and involved.
Ambassadors help welcome new members, promote approved programs, encourage participation, support forums and events, strengthen relationships, and connect people with resources, groups, training, and service opportunities.
The program also creates a structured leadership pathway for dependable individuals who demonstrate integrity, consistency, respect, communication ability, and a genuine willingness to serve.
Welcome Members
Help new members feel connected, informed, respected, and encouraged to participate in appropriate programs and groups.
Promote Programs
Share accurate information about CommunityImpact, Community Forums, training, Marketplace opportunities, WeAre OTR, and WeAre Su-Su.
Support Events
Assist with community forums, outreach activities, orientations, member engagement, registration, and leadership gatherings.
Recruit and Connect
Invite prospective members, identify vendors and partners, connect leaders, and help expand the community network responsibly.

Integrity
Communicate honestly and represent programs accurately.
Dependability
Follow through on assignments, communication, and agreed responsibilities.
Respect
Treat members, partners, leaders, and the public with dignity and professionalism.
Service
Place community benefit, responsible participation, and mission alignment above personal recognition.
Who Can Become an Ambassador?
The program is open to individuals who support the OTR mission, demonstrate responsible conduct, and are willing to complete any required orientation, training, screening, or approval process.

Ambassador Pathway
1. Apply
Submit the applicable Ambassador inquiry or application.
2. Review
OTR Community reviews the applicant's information, interests, availability, and alignment with program needs.
3. Train
Complete required orientation, communication, program, and conduct training.
4. Serve
Support approved activities, outreach, forums, member engagement, or assigned program responsibilities.
5. Grow
Develop leadership through dependable service, feedback, continued learning, and responsible participation.
Ambassador Mission

Ambassador Expectations
Ambassadors are expected to communicate accurately, protect confidential information, follow approved guidance, avoid unauthorized promises, respect community members, and represent OTR Community in a responsible and professional manner.
Ambassador participation does not automatically establish employment, compensation, authority to enter agreements, financial-adviser status, leadership appointment, guaranteed rewards, income, token appreciation, or any other financial outcome.

Submission of an application or joining a group does not guarantee approval, appointment, assignment, compensation, or access to restricted programs.
