Participation in CommunityImpact, WeAre OTR, WeAre Su-Su, Rise2Prosperity, training, outreach, sponsorship, volunteering, forums, marketplace programs, campaigns, and related initiatives may be subject to additional eligibility requirements, fees, contributions, policies, procedures, or agreements.
Program descriptions, features, technology, schedules, eligibility, availability, rewards, participation requirements, and geographic coverage may change as initiatives develop.

OTR Community may provide listings, groups, referrals, promotions, links, or communication tools that connect members with independent businesses, vendors, service providers, sponsors, organizations, or partners.
Unless expressly stated in writing, OTRNO and OTR Community are not the seller, employer, agent, guarantor, or party to transactions between users and independent third parties.
Users are responsible for reviewing prices, qualifications, licenses, warranties, refund policies, delivery terms, risks, and other conditions before entering a transaction. Inclusion on the website does not automatically constitute endorsement, certification, or guarantee.
Payments, Donations, Sponsorships, and Contributions
Certain programs, events, training, products, donations, campaigns, sponsorships, or marketplace activities may require payment or contribution.
You are responsible for reviewing the amount, purpose, terms, refund policy, and payment method before completing a transaction.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, donations and voluntary contributions may be nonrefundable. The availability of a tax deduction depends upon applicable law and the recipient organization's legal status. Users should consult a qualified tax professional concerning their circumstances.
Digital Wallets, Tokens, and Blockchain Activity
Certain OTR ecosystem initiatives may involve digital-wallet education, blockchain transactions, tokens, public wallet addresses, decentralized platforms, staking, liquidity, or other digital-asset activities.
