Sponsor a Program
Invest in Programs That Strengthen People and Communities
Program sponsorship helps OTR Community support education, outreach, leadership development, Community Empowerment Forums, training, Marketplace growth, volunteer service, and initiatives designed to create meaningful community impact.

Sponsorship Status
Status: Sponsorship Inquiries Active
Sponsorship opportunities depend on current program needs, mission alignment, operational capacity, event schedules, available recognition opportunities, leadership approval, and mutual agreement concerning the purpose and terms of support.
Why Sponsorship Matters
Strong communities require more than ideas. They require people, planning, facilities, supplies, technology, communication, leadership, transportation, training, and consistent support.
When you sponsor a program, you help move vision into action and provide resources that may allow OTR Community and CommunityImpact initiatives to reach more people, host more events, train more leaders, support more families, strengthen businesses, and expand community engagement.
Every sponsorship should be connected to a clearly defined purpose, responsible stewardship, appropriate recognition, documented expectations, and measurable community benefit.

Support public conversations that bring residents, churches, businesses, leaders, agencies, and organizations together around community priorities and practical solutions.

How the Sponsorship Process Works
1. Submit Inquiry
Identify your interests, organization, proposed support, desired program, and sponsorship objectives.
2. Program Review
OTR Community reviews program need, mission alignment, timing, feasibility, and operational readiness.
3. Sponsorship Discussion
The parties discuss the contribution, intended use, recognition, responsibilities, restrictions, and expected outcomes.
4. Define Terms
The parties document the approved contribution, program purpose, timeline, recognition, reporting, and limitations.
5. Approval
The sponsorship becomes active only after authorized approval and acceptance of the applicable terms.
Sponsorship, Donation, Advertising, and Partnership
A sponsorship is generally connected to a defined program, event, initiative, recognition arrangement, or approved benefit.
A donation is typically provided without an expected commercial benefit. Advertising involves paid promotional placement. A partnership may involve broader shared responsibilities, resources, or program activities.
OTR Community will determine the appropriate structure based on the proposed contribution, intended purpose, requested benefits, organizational policies, and applicable requirements.
Sponsorship Review and Approval
Submitting an inquiry does not create a sponsorship agreement, financial obligation, endorsement, partnership, advertising authorization, exclusive relationship, naming right, or approval to use OTR branding.
All sponsorship contributions, recognition, promotional benefits, logo placement, announcements, exclusivity, event participation, and other terms must be approved and documented before implementation.
Branding and Representation Notice
Prospective sponsors may not use the names, logos, trademarks, images, program identities, or public statements of On The Rise Network & Outreach, OTR Community, CommunityImpact, WeAre OTR, or WeAre Su-Su without written authorization.
No representative may promise tax treatment, investment returns, token benefits, guaranteed visibility, endorsements, exclusivity, or sponsorship benefits beyond those formally approved.

Your sponsorship can help turn ideas into programs, programs into service, and service into measurable community impact.
