Serving as a Responsible Representative of the Community

Ambassador Training prepares approved members to welcome, support, inform, encourage, and connect others throughout OTR Community, CommunityImpact, WeAre OTR, Outreach Ministry, training, events, and related community initiatives.

Training and Appointment Status

Status: Training Available — Appointment Subject to Approval

Completing Ambassador Training does not automatically create an appointment, leadership position, employment relationship, authority to represent OTRNO, or access to restricted programs. Ambassador service begins only after formal review, approval, assignment, and receipt of authorized instructions.

Purpose of Ambassador Training

Ambassador Training equips members to represent OTR Community with integrity, professionalism, care, consistency, and a service-first mindset.

Ambassadors may help welcome new members, explain approved programs, support events, encourage participation, connect people with resources, recruit volunteers, promote training, and strengthen relationships among individuals, families, churches, businesses, organizations, and community leaders.

The training establishes clear standards so ambassadors understand both what they are expected to do and what they are not authorized to do.

Who Should Participate?

Volunteers, active members, church representatives, ministry leaders, group administrators, educators, business owners, community advocates, emerging leaders, and experienced community leaders may benefit from Ambassador Training.

Ambassador Standards

• Represent the organization respectfully and professionally.
• Provide only accurate and approved information.
• Treat all members and visitors with dignity.
• Follow assigned leadership and supervision.
• Protect confidential and personal information.
• Avoid conflicts of interest and misleading claims.
• Maintain dependable communication and attendance.
• Report concerns, complaints, incidents, and safety issues promptly.
• Use OTR names, logos, materials, and platforms only as authorized.
• Complete required reports, follow-up, and documentation.

Authority and Representation Limits

Ambassadors are not automatically employees, officers, financial advisers, legal representatives, fund managers, contract agents, program administrators, or spokespersons for On The Rise Network & Outreach.

Unless specifically authorized in writing, ambassadors may not enter agreements, collect money, accept donations, promise sponsorship benefits, approve members, guarantee program access, represent financial outcomes, manage participant funds, issue official statements, or commit the organization to any obligation.

Questions involving finance, digital assets, contracts, legal matters, complaints, privacy, security, safety, media, or organizational commitments must be referred to the appropriate authorized representative.

Financial and Program Communication

Ambassadors may explain approved general information about WeAre OTR, CommunityImpact, WeAre Su-Su, Marketplace participation, training, and other OTR programs.

Ambassadors may not provide investment, tax, legal, accounting, lending, securities, or individualized financial advice. They may not predict token values, promise earnings, guarantee payouts, or encourage anyone to contribute money they cannot afford to lose or have delayed.

Confidentiality, Privacy, and Member Protection

Ambassadors must protect personal information, private communications, applications, incident reports, participant records, wallet information, contact information, and other sensitive data.

Ambassadors should never request passwords, recovery phrases, private keys, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, or other highly sensitive information unless an approved process specifically requires information and proper safeguards are in place.

Performance and Accountability

Ambassador service may be reviewed based on professionalism, communication, dependability, accuracy, conduct, event support, member engagement, reporting, training completion, and adherence to organizational standards.

Ambassador assignments may be modified, suspended, or terminated when program needs change or when conduct, performance, safety, privacy, governance, or organizational concerns require action.
