The CommunityImpact Members group is an active participation space. Discussions, projects, training, reporting tools, member roles, and service opportunities may continue to expand as CommunityImpact advances through pilot implementation and operational development.

Purpose of CommunityImpact Members

The CommunityImpact Members group connects participants in a shared environment where community ideas can move toward organized and responsible action.

Members can learn about current initiatives, discuss community needs, identify resources, support projects, connect with leaders, attend forums, share observations, and explore opportunities to serve.

Member Discussion

Share ideas, experiences, concerns, possible solutions, community resources, and opportunities with others committed to responsible progress.

Community Projects

Learn about forums, outreach activities, volunteer opportunities, training sessions, project planning, and developing CommunityImpact initiatives.

Leadership & Service

Explore pathways to serve as a volunteer, ambassador, partner, organizer, trainer, vendor, project contributor, or community leader.

Measurable Impact

Support the long-term mission of documenting participation, recognizing contributions, gathering feedback, and evaluating community outcomes.

Who Should Join?

CommunityImpact Members is intended for people and organizations committed to strengthening communities through responsible participation, education, service, leadership, partnership, and collaboration.

Participants may include residents, church and ministry members, business owners, vendors, nonprofit representatives, educators, volunteers, ambassadors, trainers, sponsors, researchers, community advocates, project leaders, and partner organizations.

How to Participate

Create and activate your OTR Community account.

2. Complete Your Profile

Provide accurate profile information and identify your community interests.

3. Join the Members Group

Open the CommunityImpact Members group and request or complete group membership as required.

4. Introduce Yourself

Share your interests, experience, organization, community, or preferred area of service.

5. Participate

Follow updates, attend forums, join discussions, complete training, and explore approved opportunities.

Member Expectations

Members are expected to communicate respectfully, provide accurate information, protect confidential information, follow group and community standards, avoid unauthorized promotion, and participate in a manner consistent with the CommunityImpact mission.

Members should not make unauthorized promises, collect funds, represent themselves as OTRNO employees or official representatives, provide financial advice, or commit OTR Community to projects, partnerships, payments, or agreements without written authorization.

Joining the group does not guarantee leadership appointment, project placement, employment, compensation, rewards, grants, business opportunities, token appreciation, or any specific financial or community outcome.

Group Access

Some group content or participation features may require an active OTR Community account, member login, group approval, program eligibility, orientation, or additional training. Group visibility and access may differ for visitors, registered members, and approved participants.
