Our Founders
Lady Antoinette Penny Eatmon and Minister Jamie Eatmon Sr. are the co-founders of On The Rise Network and Outreach, also known as OTRNO. The organization was founded in August 2014 with a mission to educate, motivate, and inspire individuals to rise above life’s situations and circumstances.
From its beginning, OTRNO has been committed to helping people grow personally, spiritually, socially, and economically by encouraging positive thinking, purposeful action, leadership, service, and community engagement.

OTRNO established OTR Community as a Community of Communities platform where individuals, families, churches, ministries, businesses, organizations, and community leaders can connect, collaborate, learn, serve, and prosper together.
OTR Community is a progressive community “On The Rise,” created for those seeking personal growth, positive change, meaningful relationships, practical education, community engagement, and opportunities to participate in programs that strengthen individuals, families, organizations, and communities.

WeAre OTR serves as the Community of Communities initiative that connects individuals, groups, organizations, and communities around a shared vision of cooperation, empowerment, unity, and prosperity.

The Rise2Prosperity Incentive Program was developed to encourage participation, cooperation, commitment, and collaboration through community-centered incentives and engagement.
WeAre Su-Su
WeAre Su-Su expands the mission by promoting cooperative savings, financial education, community accountability, and capital formation through modern technology and traditional community practices.
Outreach Ministry
Outreach Ministry supports service, family strengthening, faith-based engagement, community assistance, and practical outreach activities that help meet needs and build relationships.
Marketplace & Training
Marketplace and Training Center programs help support small businesses, vendors, entrepreneurs, community members, and participants through education, exposure, skills development, and economic opportunity.
