OTR Community Empowerment Forums bring residents, churches, ministries, businesses, nonprofit organizations, educators, public servants, and community leaders together to discuss concerns, identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and move community conversations toward practical action.

Attendance does not authorize a participant to speak on behalf of OTRNO, OTR Community, the host organization, other attendees, or any public agency.
Registration or attendance does not guarantee speaking time, panel placement, vendor space, leadership appointment, funding, compensation, sponsorship, partnership, program acceptance, or any specific outcome.
